Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Prepare your baking dish.
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts slightly and season with salt, pepper, and half the garlic.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, heavy cream, remaining garlic, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Fold in parmesan and half of mozzarella.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken, add sun-dried tomatoes, drizzle with oil, and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
