Cooking Instructions

  2. While the oats finish cooking, prepare your poached egg. Fill a small pot with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Crack an egg into a small bowl and slip it into the water. Poach for about 3 minutes until the white is set but yolk remains runny.
  3. Once oatmeal is ready, spoon it into a warm bowl. Place the poached egg on top, slice a ripe avocado and arrange it around the egg. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and a dash of black pepper.
  4. Serve immediately while warm, enjoying the inviting aroma and vibrant colors.
