  1. Begin by halving the ripe avocados and carefully scooping the flesh into a mixing bowl. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the avocado to prevent browning. Mash the avocados lightly with a fork.
  2. Finely mince the garlic, and chop the scallions and parsley, making sure to use both parts of the scallions.
  3. In a food processor, combine mashed avocados, cottage cheese, minced garlic, chopped scallions, and parsley. Add onion powder and ground cumin. Pulse 8-10 times until creamy yet slightly textured.
  4. Transfer the blended dip into a serving bowl and gradually stir in milk to reach desired consistency.
  5. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Allow flavors to meld for about 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the dip in a charming bowl with fresh veggies, tortilla chips, or use as a topping for your favorite dishes.
