  3. Shape the Mochi: Dust a surface with starch, flatten a portion of dough, add filling, seal edges, and shape into a ball.
  4. Cool the Mochi: Place the shaped mochi on a dusted surface or lined container and cool completely. Enjoy or refrigerate.
