Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, season steak, and sear for 3-5 minutes each side until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. Add butter to the skillet, melt, then sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes, thickening the sauce.
  5. Whisk in shredded parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Return steak to skillet with cooked tortellini, toss gently for about 2 minutes to coat everything in sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
