- Whisk in shredded parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Return steak to skillet with cooked tortellini, toss gently for about 2 minutes to coat everything in sauce.
- Garnish with parsley, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
