Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan, lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and ground spices to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
