- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan, lining the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and ground spices to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
