  • 2 tablespoons Butter For sautéing garlic.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a luxurious texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley For garnish and freshness.
Garnishing Ingredients
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes Optional for extra heat.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and rub Cajun seasoning over both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Cook linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in melted butter in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss linguine in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  8. Slice chicken and serve on top of linguine, garnished with parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
