Step-by-Step Instructions for Bruschetta with Baked Feta & Cherry Tomatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). This step is crucial as it ensures the perfect roasting environment for your ingredients.
  2. In a medium-sized baking pan, place the block of feta cheese in the center and surround it with halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves into the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle dried oregano and freshly ground pepper on top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta softens slightly and the cherry tomatoes start to blister.
  5. While baking, slice the baguette in half lengthwise, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once toasted, remove the baguette and rub the cut side with a halved garlic clove.
  7. After the feta and tomatoes are baked, scoop some baked feta onto each toasted baguette and top with the blistered tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the bruschetta for a fresh finish and serve warm.
