Preparation Steps
- Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a serving dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into pudding mixture.
- Layer half of cream filling over cookie base and add crushed cookies. Add remaining filling.
- Drizzle warmed Biscoff spread over the top and swirl for effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
