Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a serving dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into pudding mixture.
  5. Layer half of cream filling over cookie base and add crushed cookies. Add remaining filling.
  6. Drizzle warmed Biscoff spread over the top and swirl for effect.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
