- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti and cook until al dente for about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Create the Sauce: Add soy sauce, chili oil, brown sugar, and rice vinegar to the skillet, stirring and simmering for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss with sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Finish and Serve: Turn off heat, add sesame oil, toss spaghetti, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
