  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Pepperoni optional

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes for spice
  • 1/2 cup Olives sliced

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, sauté in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm.
  3. In the same skillet, cook your choice of ground meat over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart until fully cooked.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with sautéed zucchini, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Spread half of the mixture in the baking dish, layer with pepperoni if using, then add the remaining mixture and top with the rest of the mozzarella.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
